All services are subject to availability and may require separate agreements or service level agreements (SLAs).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Service Fees

Fees for our services are as published on our website or as agreed in writing. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • Company Registration Services: No refunds once submission to CIPC has been made
  • Software Services: Custom development projects may have specific refund terms in project agreements
  • Website Services: Hosting and domain fees are non-refundable once services have been activated

Note: All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service commencement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Prime Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree that any legal action relating to these terms shall be filed in the courts located in Johannesburg, South Africa.
